Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy to young adults and adults (18+) seeking support for various reasons, including: pregnancy and parenting, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and mood disorders. I have experience working with people who identify across the gender and queer spectrum(s), as well as, individuals of varying cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds.

Consultation or Supervision

I offer supervision to unlicensed clinicians in training and am happy to provide consultation on clinical cases to licensed clinicians. Much like therapy, I believe that supervision and consultation are best when viewed in an integrated and collaborative approach. Please contact me directly to learn more about how these services may be beneficial to you.
